Nikita Filippov, Head of the Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”, took part in the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum and made a presentation at the panel session “Digitalization of the Construction Industry; Economic aspect”. As part of the discussion, Nikita Filippov shared his extensive experience in litigation under construction contracts, and also talked about how smart contracts can be used in construction, their pros and cons, as well as what legal problems arise in connection with their use.
