The Ninth Arbitration Court of Appeal agreed with the arguments of the lawyers of the Bureau of Lawyers “De jure” in a contract dispute and left the decision of the court of first instance unchanged. A few months ago, Maria Ovchinnikova, Head of the Department of Legal Support of Contractual and Judicial Work at the Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”, won a contract dispute, protecting the interests of our Principal, the customer of contract work, but the case did not end there. The procedural opponent filed an appeal against the decision of the court of first instance, presenting additional evidence of the work being done in the case. Maria, having studied in detail the arguments of the appeal and additional documents of the contractor, submitted a reasoned response to the court of appeal, in which she refuted the position of the contractor, professionally bypassing the possible risks of canceling the decision and satisfying the claims of the Plaintiff. Based on the results of the consideration of the dispute, the court of appeal agreed with these arguments and dismissed the contractor’s complaint. The interests of the Principal were represented by Maria Ovchinnikova, Head of the Department of Legal Support of Contractual and Judicial Work of the Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”.
