The Ninth Arbitration Court of Appeal refused to satisfy the opponents’ appeal on the cancellation of the ruling on the extension of the procedure for the sale of property. During the consideration of the complaint, the Bureau managed to convince the court that there were no grounds for completing the procedure for the sale of a citizen’s property due to the fact that the register of claims of the debtor’s creditors had not been formed and obligations to them had not been fulfilled.
