The Noginsk City Court of the Moscow Region terminated the proceedings on the administrative case on the recovery of customs payments and penalties from the Principal in connection with the refusal of the customs authority from the administrative claim. Within the framework of this dispute, lawyers of the Bureau of Lawyers “De jure” presented an irrefutable position on the absence of the fact of an administrative violation on the part of the Principal, with which the state body itself, Kursk Customs, was forced to agree. Preparation of the legal position of the Principal was carried out by Dan Khorolets, lawyer of the Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”.
