The Moscow City Court satisfied the administrative claim of the Principal of the Bureau of Lawyers “De jure” to challenge the cadastral value of a real estate object with an area of ​​more than 7 thousand square meters, located in the center of Moscow. Despite the counter-arguments of the state bodies, the lawyers of the Bureau managed to prove that the established cadastral value is overstated, since the cost is determined by the method of mass valuation without taking into account the individual characteristics of the Principal’s object. The arguments about the non-compliance with the established cost were also confirmed by the results of the forensic examination. As a result, thanks to the actions of the Bureau’s lawyers, the Principal will be able to optimize tax costs in the amount of more than 3 million rubles. The interests of the Principal in the court dispute were represented by Semyon Garayan, lawyer of the Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”.
