Nikita Filippov, Head of the Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”, shared his experience at a round table on the practice of bankruptcy of construction complex enterprises, which was held within the framework of the Russian Construction Complex conference. In his speech, he spoke about conducting a bankruptcy audit, actions after the initiation of bankruptcy proceeding and the correct behavior in a bankruptcy case of the counterparty. The issues of challenging transactions and bringing to subsidiary liability, as well as other relevant topics in bankruptcy were also touched upon.
