Nikita Fillipov, Head of the Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”, announces the start of accepting applications for participation in the IX Annual Russian Billiards Tournament among lawyers for the MCBA Bureau of Lawyers “De jure” Cup – 2023, which will be held in Moscow at the Billiards Club “811” on December 2-3.
