The Moscow Arbitration Court recognized the claims made by the Principal as justified and satisfied the claim in full. Within the framework of this dispute, lawyer of the Bureau of Lawyers “De jure” managed to prove in court that despite the divorce that took place 15 years before the transactions, the debtor and his ex-wife remained affiliated persons. In addition, the Bureau of Lawyers “De jure” was able to refute the authenticity of all documents submitted by the debtor confirming the reality of settlements under the disputed contracts. As a result, all transactions are declared invalid, and the disputed property will return to the bankruptcy estate. The interests of the Principal in court were represented by Nikolay Polusitov, senior lawyer of the Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”, and Ksenia Stikhina, senior lawyer of the Bureau, prepared the procedural position.
