The Arbitration Court of the Moscow District upheld the appeal ruling, which challenged the transaction of the Principal’s debtor in the amount of over 59 million rubles. As part of the bankruptcy case, the bankruptcy trustee and creditors have achieved invalidation of transfers from the debtor’s account to an affiliated person. The dispute was complicated by the fact that the disputed transactions were made outside the three-year period provided for by the Bankruptcy Law. This led to a significant increase in the volume of circumstances to be proved, especially in terms of the dishonesty of counterparties and the statute of limitations. Despite the complexity of the case, the lawyers of the Bureau of Lawyers “De jure” convinced the court of the unlawfulness and illegality of the actions of the participants of the transactions and achieved the return of such a large amount of funds to the bankruptcy estate. As a result of contesting transactions, the Principal will be able to obtain satisfaction of his claims.
