The Tenth Arbitration Court of Appeal at the second round of consideration of the dispute upheld the ruling of the Arbitration Court of the Moscow region, which refused to establish the claims of a creditor competing with the Principal in the amount of 190 million rubles. Lawyers from the Bureau of Lawyers “De jure” proved that the creditor is affiliated with the debtor, and that there was no transfer of funds in reality. The dispute was complicated by the fact that there was a court decision on debt collection that had entered into legal force. However, the Bureau proved that in the present case other arguments were stated that refute the conclusions of the earlier decision. The interests of the Principal were represented by Ksenia Stikhina, senior lawyer of the Tyumen branch of the Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”.
