November 10 Main results of the day

The Moscow Arbitration Court refused to invalidate four transactions concluded with the Principals. Lawyers from the Bureau of Lawyers “De jure” convinced the court in one court session that the opponent’s claims were unproven and there were no signs of invalidity of the disputed transactions. A detailed analysis of the materials of separate disputes allowed the Bureau to protect the rights of the Principals without delaying the processes and left no doubt in the court’s mind about the validity of their arguments.
