The Moscow Arbitration Court defended the interests of the company, the Principal of the Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”, in its claim to recognize the additional agreement to the contract as not concluded. The court found convincing the arguments of the lawyers of the Bureau of Lawyers “De jure” about the lack of prior approval by the state agency of the conclusion of the agreement, which is a 100% participant in the company whose interests the Bureau represented. Taking into account the legal position of the Bureau’s lawyers, the court also did not agree with the opponents’ arguments about the abuse of rights on the part of the Principal and the Plaintiff’s alleged commission of implicate actions to fulfill the agreement, which were referred to by the Defendant. The interests of the Principal were represented by Rashid Gitinov, Head of the Bureau’s practice.
