After the cancellation of the absentee decision, the Nikulinsky District Court of Moscow re-satisfied the Principal’s claims for debt collection under the loan agreement in the amount of more than 2.5 million rubles and foreclosure on the collateral in full. The court agreed with the position of the lawyers of the Bureau of Lawyers “De jure” about the existence of a debt and delay, which gives the right to early demand for the entire amount of the debt. The interests of the Principal were represented in court by Ekaterina Bulygina, senior lawyer of the Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”.
