The Principal in the case (an individual) was accused under Part 3 of Article 171. 2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, namely, illegal gambling using gaming equipment outside the gambling zone, committed by an organized group, associated with the extraction of income on an especially large scale. The Tverskoy District Court of Moscow chose a preventive measure in the form of detention for 2 months, however, as a result of the appeal filed and the evidence collected in favor of the Principal, the Lawyer managed to change the preventive measure to house arrest, which was extended several times, and later completely changed to a ban on certain actions.
