January 22 Main results of the day

The Presnensky District Court of Moscow satisfied the Principal’s claims for the collection of debt under loan agreements in the amount of more than 40 million rubles. The Bureau of Lawyers “De jure” managed to prove the baselessness of the Defendant’s arguments, as a result of which the court agreed with the position of the Bureau, refused all counter-petitions of the opponent with reference to his abuse of his procedural rights, proceeded to consider the claims on the merits and satisfied the stated claims in full. The interests of the Principal were represented by Ekaterina Bulygina, senior lawyer of the Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”.
