The Moscow Arbitration Court approved the settlement agreement and terminated the bankruptcy proceedings of the Principal of the Bureau, whose debt to creditors exceeded 50 million rubles. In addition, the court terminated proceedings on all separate disputes in the framework of the bankruptcy case. Thanks to the concluded settlement agreement, the Principal will pay off the creditors, and his solvency will be restored.
