February 29 Main results of the day

By decision of the Podolsk City Court dated February 29, 2024, the claims of the Bureau’s Principal to recover 46 million rubles from the debtor under the loan agreement were satisfied. Moreover, during the consideration of the case, the Bureau of Lawyers “De Jure” managed to restore the collateral, which, as the court recognized, was withdrawn by unidentified persons using the borrower’s personal data.
