The Moscow Arbitration Court refused to satisfy the claims against the Principal of the Bureau of Lawyers “De jure” in the amount of more than 7 million rubles.
The contractor who performed the work under the construction contract required payment of the warranty lien, because he believed that the warranty period for the work he had done had expired. At the same time, during the consideration of the case it became clear that in reality the work was carried out with defects that have not been eliminated to this day, which entails an extension of the warranty period for the entire period of their elimination.
Agreeing with the above arguments, the court considered the claim filed by the opponents premature and refused to satisfy it in full.

International Commercial Arbitration Court for Russian Chamber of Commerce (ICAC)) took the side of the Swiss company in a dispute with a large Russian industrial enterprise.
A Swiss company turned to us for help in a dispute with a large Russian industrial company, which arose due to failure to fulfill a contract for the supply of imported materials.
After the start of a special military operation and the introduction of European sanctions against Russian companies, further execution of the contract between the parties turned out to be impossible. However, at the time of these events, the Swiss supplier had already supplied a significant part of the Goods to the Russian side.
In turn, the counterparty refused to fulfill its obligations, citing the Supplier’s location in a country of unfriendly jurisdiction.
Having carefully considered the dispute, the panel of arbitrators of the ICAC made a decision in favor of the foreign company, despite the active opposition of procedural opponents, concluding that there were no obstacles to the fulfillment of the buyer’s obligations to pay for the goods delivered and accepted by it.
Thus, funds in the amount of more than 350 thousand Euros were recovered in favor of our client, and the ICAC confirmed its impartiality in matters of application of civil legislation, despite the foreign policy situation.
