September 11 Main results of the day

On September 10, 2024, the Moscow Arbitration Court replaced the creditor in the debtor’s bankruptcy case and included our Principal’s claims in the third priority of the debtor’s Register of creditors’ claims in the amount of 20 million rubles, as secured by a pledge of real estate. In this dispute, the Bureau’s lawyers managed to challenge the transaction on the assignment of rights of claim against the debtor to a third party at a reduced price and gain control over the bankruptcy procedure.
