We were contacted by a client who, due to psychological stress, missed the deadline for inheritance after her mother’s death.

The case regarding the restoration of the deadline for accepting an inheritance and recognizing ownership rights came to us already at the court hearing stage.

Having taken up the case, we promptly clarified the claims, presented the necessary evidence and called witnesses, whose testimony became an important argument confirming the fact of the actual acceptance of the inheritance by our client.

The result of our efforts was a court decision in favor of our client! The court recognized that she had actually accepted the inheritance after her mother and recognized ownership of the inheritance.
