Nikita Vladimirovich Filippov, is a member of the Russian Bar Association. And on March 13, 2026, a regular meeting of the Commission for the Analysis, Development and Improvement of Procedural and Non-procedural Forms of Dispute Resolution of the Russian Bar Association was held at the office of the Bureau of Lawyers “De Jure”. It summed up the results of the Annual All-Russian Competition for the best legislative initiative among students, undergraduates and postgraduates of the country’s law schools.
As noted by the Chairman of the Commission, Doctor of Law, Professor Yu. A. Svirin, “This academic year, 80 works from various Russian universities were submitted to the Competition. Not all entries met the criteria of the Competition Regulations. Some of the entries were completed by the students in the form of coursework rather than draft legislation. Another part of the works did not correspond to the subject of the competition and the profile of the Commission. Some of the works were withdrawn from the competition due to their low originality after being checked for anti-plagiarism. And only 34 out of 80 works were submitted for evaluation and consideration by the competition committee.”
The following were chosen unanimously as the winners of the Competition:
The 1st place went to the 3rd year cadets of the Faculty of Law of the Federal State Educational Institution Samara Law Institute of the Federal Penitentiary Service: Elizaveta Valeryevna Koltsova and Elizaveta Dmitrievna Astashkina.
The 2nd place was awarded to the 2nd year student of the State Budgetary Educational Institution of Higher Education “Russian Customs Academy” – Pavlova Elizaveta Nikolaevna.
The Commission awarded the 3rd place to Edmon Amayakovich Agaronyan, a 2nd-year postgraduate student in the Department of Civil Procedure at the Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution of Higher Education “Saratov State Law Academy”.
