January 23. Main results of the day. Victory of 3.65 billion rubles and other “pleasant things”

The Arbitration Court considered, found it was justified and included in the register the claims of the Creditor – Client of MCBA “De jure” in the amount of over 3.65 billion rubles.

The Moscow City Arbitration Court refused to include our procedural opponents in the Register of Claims of the Client Bank (the claims are included for the Register of Claims of Creditors).

The Arbitration Court of the Tyumen Region satisfied all the requirements of the Client bank for inclusion in the RCC (Register of Claims of Creditors). The total amount of debt is 14.2 million rubles.
