February 27 Main results of the day

The Arbitration Court of the Moscow District upheld previously adopted acts recognizing an invalid transaction in the framework of the debtor’s bankruptcy. At the statement of the Lender – client of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”, money in the amount of more than 700 thousand rubles was recovered from the Defendant to the bankruptcy estate.  The interests of the creditor were represented by lawyer of “De jure” Taisiya Radchenko.

Butyrsky District Court of Moscow refused to satisfy the claims of the former wife of the debtor, who demanded that the cession agreement concluded before the divorce would be invalidated due to the lack of her consent to the transaction. Lawyers of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure” managed to convince the court that there were no grounds for declaring the transaction invalid, as well as in skipping of the statute of limitations.  The interests of the Defendant were represented by lawyer of “De jure” Vadim Makarichev.
