The Moscow Arbitration Court refused the Plaintiff to satisfy the application for declaring the Debtor bankrupt, the proceedings were terminated. Earlier, the same unscrupulous creditor received full satisfaction of claims in the framework of the previous bankruptcy case of the same Debtor, however, he tried to get contractual interest during the first bankruptcy procedure using a “pre-bankrupt” court decision to recover them. The Debtor’s interests were represented by lawyer of MCBA “De jure” Vadim Makarichev.

Nikulinsky District Court of Moscow approved a settlement agreement between the bankruptcy Trustee of the Bank and a Lebanese citizen under a loan agreement issued on the security of real estate. The debtor has been granted debt restructuring for a total amount of 4.5 million rubles with payment of annuity payments. The collateral is saved. The Bank’s interests were represented by lawyer of MCBA “De jure” Sergey Bibikov.
