The cassation instance upheld the decision of the Ninth Arbitration Court of Appeal. Earlier, the carrier was denied a claim to recover the cost of storage of cargo under the contract of carriage in the amount of 25 million rubles. The interests of the Defendant were protected by Nikita Filippov, lawyer, head of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure” and lawyer Yulia Martynenko.

Simonovsky District Court of Moscow fully refused to satisfy the claim against the company, the Principal of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”, to recover a “golden parachute” worth more than 100 million rubles.  The interests of the Principal were defended by lawyer of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure” Jakov Bulut.

The Ninth Arbitration Court of Appeal upheld the decision of the Moscow Arbitration Court, which satisfied the claim of the Bank – client of “De jure”.  Debt under the loan agreement in the amount of more than 6 million rubles is recovered from the Defendant. The foreclosure is on the subject of pledge – two herds of cows.  At the same time, the court considered the fact of destruction (slaughter) of cattle unproven. The penalty is also levied on the Defendant’s vehicles. The interests of the Bank were represented by Marina Nikolayenko, lawyer of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”.

The Arbitration Court of Khabarovsk Krai during the consideration of the approval of the current expenses of the insurance company, the Creditor was denied the request for an expert examination of the cost of services, organizations involved by the bankruptcy Trustee, including lawyers, accountants and others. The interests of the bankruptcy Trustee were defended by lawyer of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure” Artemy Litovchenko.

The order of the Arbitration Court of Moscow district upheld the decision of the Arbitration Court of Moscow and the decision of the Ninth Arbitration Court of Appeal to recover from Alfa-insurance JSC the amount of unjust enrichment in the form of a primary reserve in the amount of 2,000,000 rubles in favor of the insurance company and interest under Article 395 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The interests of the insurance company were represented by lawyer of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure” Ekaterina Rusakova.
