MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De Jure” announces the expansion of judicial defense practice. Lawyer Maria Popolitova joined the Bureau team.
In 2009, Maria graduated from the Law Department of the State University of Land Management. About 5 years worked in one of the Moscow courts. She received the status of a lawyer in May 2014. Before joining “De Jure”, she was a member of the Bar Association “Kurganov and partners”.
The area of professional interests is civil law specialization in courts of General jurisdiction and arbitration courts. He has an extensive practice of conducting civil cases, including resonant ones. In particular, she has experience in successfully appealing against court decisions at the Presidium of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation.
She specializes in providing legal assistance to citizens and legal entities on issues regulated by the civil legislation of the Russian Federation, including in cases of debt collection and compensation for damages, inheritance, housing cases, labor and divorce disputes, contesting transactions and disputes about real estate.
