July 17. MAIN RESULTS OF THE DAY

The Arbitration Court of the Moscow District upheld the judicial acts of the lower instances on the invalidation of banking transactions for more than 30 million rubles.  As part of the application of the consequences of the invalidity of transactions, the indicated amounts were collected from the defendants, as well as interest for the use of other people’s funds from the date of the transactions.  The preparation of positions and representation of interests in court were carried out by advocate of “De Jure” Viktor Pokormyak and lawyer Alexandra Reznichenko.
