A new textbook “Civil Procedure” by Yu. A. Svirin, Doctor of Law, Professor, consultant of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers” De jure”, has been published.
The Arbitration Court of the Tyumen Region, within the framework of the bankruptcy case of a leasing company, included in the register the Bank’s claims in the amount of more than 8 million rubles, as secured by a pledge. The interests of the Bank were represented by Denis Barsukov and Ksenia Stikhina, lawyers from the Tyumen branch of “Bureau of Lawyers “De Jure”.
