A new textbook “Civil Procedure” by Yu. A. Svirin, Doctor of Law, Professor, consultant of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers” De jure”, has been published.
The Moscow Arbitration Court dismissed the procedural opponent of the Client of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De Jure” in satisfying the claim for recognizing the contract for the supply of petroleum products as not concluded. The client’s interests were defended by Rashid Gitinov, lawyer of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De Jure”.
