November 12 Main results of the day

Nikulinsky District Court of Moscow dismissed the procedural opponents of the Principal of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure” to satisfy the claim for recovery of damages in the amount of over 22 million rubles.  The interests of the Principal were represented by Rashid Gitinov, senior lawyer of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”.

The Ninth Arbitration Court of Appeal overturned the earlier decision of the Moscow Arbitration Court and rejected Mosenergosbyt’s claim to recover 1.8 million rubles on the fact of allegedly unaccounted electricity consumption.  The interests of the Respondent were represented by Rashid Gitinov, senior lawyer of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”.
