November 16 Main results of the day

The Moscow Arbitration Court agreed with the legal position of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure” and canceled the fine in the amount of 700 thousand rubles in the case of an administrative offense for illegal placement of construction cabins.  The interests of the Principal were defended by Yakov Bulut, lawyer of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”.

The Moscow City Court upheld the decision of the Zamoskvoretskiy District Court of Moscow to dismiss the claim against the educational organization, whose interests were represented by MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”. The court of appeal agreed with the legal position of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure” on the groundlessness of the Plaintiff’s claim to recover funds in the amount of over 500 thousand rubles from the educational organization.  The interests of the educational organization were represented by Ilsur Zakirov, lawyer of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”.
