November 25 Main results of the day

Izmaylovskiy District Court of Moscow recovered a debt in the amount of 486 million US dollars in favor of the Principal of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure” and foreclosure was also levied on real estate and goods in circulation.  The interests of the Principal were represented by Sergei Bibikov, senior lawyer of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”.

The Ninth Arbitration Court of Appeal refused to satisfy the complaint of the procedural opponents of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure” about the cancellation of the previously adopted ruling of the Arbitration Court of the First Instance on the refusal to invalidate the transactions of the surety agreement and the indemnity agreement concluded between the Debtor and the Principal of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”. The interests of the Principal in this case were represented by Marina Nikolaenko, senior lawyer of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”.

The Moscow City Court satisfied the requirements of the Principal of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure” and established the cadastral value of the Client’s building in the amount of its market value.  The overall decline was over 23%.  The interests of the Client were represented in court by Ilsur Zakirov, lawyer of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”.

Nikulinsky District Court of Moscow approved the settlement agreements with the Client of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”. The peculiarity of these agreements is that the parties entered into two settlement agreements in the framework of one case at the stage of execution of the judicial act, and each was signed by only those persons who were the recoverer and debtor for the relevant claims from the total number of those satisfied.  The interests of the Client were represented by Nikita Filippov, head of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure” and Yakov Bulut, lawyer of the Bureau.
