December 4 Main results of the day

Izmailovsky District Court of Moscow fully satisfied the claims of the Bank and recovered from the debtor the debt in the amount of 31.3 million rubles. Foreclosure was also levied on the mortgaged property. The interests of the Bank were represented by Sergei Bibikov, senior lawyer of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”.

The Arbitration Court of Moscow in full recovered a penalty for late payment of the rent in favor of the Principal of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure” (1.6 million rubles).  In the remaining part, a waiver of the claim was accepted in connection with the payment of the debt.  The interests of the Principal were represented by Ilsur Zakirov, lawyer of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”.
