November 30 Main results of the day

The Moscow Arbitration Court fully satisfied the claim of the Client of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure” and recovered from the Defendant the debt in the amount of 2.5 million rubles under the contract for the supply of oil products, including interest for the future period.  The interests of the Client in this case were represented by Yakov Bulut, lawyer of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”.

The Moscow Arbitration Court also satisfied the claim of the Client of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure” in the case of debt collection for a total amount of 1.1 million rubles under a commercial loan agreement.  The Client’s interests in this case were represented by Rashid Gitinov, senior lawyer of the Bureau.

Proceedings in the case of the claim to recover a debt in the amount of 6.6 million rubles from the Principal of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure” were terminated.  The Plaintiff agreed with the calculation presented by MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure” and declared the waiver of the claim.  The interests of the Principal in this case were represented by Yakov Bulut, lawyer of the Bureau,.
