The Ninth Arbitration Court of Appeal left unchanged the ruling of the Moscow Arbitration Court on the refusal to accept a counterclaim in the case of collection in favor of the Client of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure” of indebtedness under contracts for the supply of oil products in the amount of 27 million rubles. The interests of the Client were represented by Yakov Bulut, lawyer of the Bureau.
As part of the bankruptcy case, the Moscow Arbitration Court granted the petitions of the representative of the bankruptcy trustee of the Bank to request documents from a number of state authorities. The interests of the bankruptcy trustee were represented Andrey Khokhlov, senior lawyer of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”.
The Arbitration Court of the city of Moscow satisfied the claim of the Principal of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure” for the collection of a debt in the amount of over 60 million rubles. The interests of the Principal were represented by Sergey Bibikov, senior lawyer of the Bureau.
