February 11 Main results of the day

The Arbitration Court of the Moscow District left unchanged the previously adopted judicial acts of lower courts on a corporate dispute about the provision of copies of documents to the Client of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure” and recovery of a court forfeit in the amount of 1000 rubles for each day of delay in the Defendant’s execution of the obligation to provide copies of documents after 10 days from the date of entry into force of the court decision.  The interests of the Client were represented by Semyon Garayan, senior lawyer of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”.

As part of the dispute on recognizing the contract for the supply of petroleum products as not concluded, the procedural opponents of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”, having familiarized themselves with the legal position of the Bureau, announced their waiver.  The Moscow Arbitration Court terminated the proceedings in the case.  The interests of the Client were represented by lawyer of the Bureau Yakov Bulut.
