February 17 Main results of the day

The Moscow Arbitration Court approved the settlement agreement on the debtor’s bankruptcy case and terminated the proceedings in the case.  The creditor’s interests in the bankruptcy case were represented by Taisiya Radchenko, senior lawyer of the Bureau.

The Moscow Arbitration Court dismissed the procedural opponents of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure” in satisfying the claim for invalidation of offset of compensation carried out by the Principal of the Bureau for refusing to buy out goods in the amount of 1 million rubles and the recovery of the specified amount.  Also, the court refused to apply Article 333 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.  The interests of the Principal were represented by Yakov Bulut, lawyer of the Bureau.
