February 5 Main results of the day

The Arbitration Court of the Kursk Region, having considered the application for invalidation of contracts for the supply and offset of funds in the amount of over 30 million rubles, made by the Client of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”, refused to satisfy the claim against the Client of the Bureau in full.  The interests of the Client were represented by Yakov Bulut, lawyer of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”.
