A new textbook “Civil Procedure” by Yu. A. Svirin, Doctor of Law, Professor, consultant of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers” De jure”, has been published.
The Ninth Arbitration Court of Appeal left unchanged the previously adopted judicial act of the Moscow Arbitration Court on the refusal to satisfy the creditor’s complaint about the inaction of the Bankruptcy Trustee, whose interests are represented by MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”. The bankruptcy Trustee was defended by Marina Nikolaenko, senior lawyer of the Bureau.
