The Moscow Arbitration Court, within the framework of the Debtor’s bankruptcy case, at the request of the Creditor, whose interests were represented by MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”, considered the issue of removing the financial manager on the basis of the decision of the creditors’ meeting and, in connection with the violations committed by the financial manager, agreed with the legal position of the Bureau and granted his request in full. The financial manager was also refused to recognize the decision of the creditors’ meeting as invalid. The Creditor’s interests were represented by Taisiya Radchenko, senior lawyer of the Bureau.
