The Arbitration Court of the North-West District recognized the legal position of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure” as justified and refused the Vologda Region Prosecutor’s Office to satisfy the claim for the demolition of an unauthorized building – a former shopping center. It should be noted that earlier the Arbitration Court of the North-West District had already canceled the judicial acts of the first and appellate instances and returned the case for new consideration. During the second consideration, the lower courts did not take into account the remarks about the possibility of preserving the disputed object, and therefore the court of cassation independently ruled in favor of the Principal of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”. The interests of the Principal were represented by Nikolay Polusitov, Senior Lawyer of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”.

The Arbitration Court of the Moscow District upheld the decision of the Arbitration Court of Moscow and the ruling of the Ninth Arbitration Court of Appeal, which previously recognized as unfounded the claim of the Regional State Construction Supervision Service of the Rostov Region to suspend the activities of the Developer, whose interests are represented by MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”. Ilsur Zakirov, Senior lawyer of the Bureau, took part in the case.

The Arbitration Court of the Moscow Region in the bankruptcy case refused to include the creditor’s claims in connection with the procedural succession in favor of the Client of the Bureau. The interests of the Client were represented by Aleksandra Reznichenko, Senior Lawyer of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”.
