A new textbook “Civil Procedure” by Yu. A. Svirin, Doctor of Law, Professor, consultant of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers” De jure”, has been published.
The Ninth Arbitration Court of Appeal upheld the decision of the first instance court, by which the procedural opponent of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure” was denied the claim to recover the advance payment in the amount of 28.5 million rubles from the Client of the Bureau. The interests of the Client were represented by Yakov Bulut, lawyer of the Bureau.
