The Arbitration Court of the Moscow District refused to satisfy the complaint of the procedural opponent of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure” and left the judicial decision of the Ninth Arbitration Court of Appeal unchanged. Earlier, the appellate instance recovered a debt in the amount of more than 1.1 million rubles from the Defendant in favor of the Client of the Bureau. The Client’s interests were represented by Yakov Bulut, lawyer of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”.

The Moscow Arbitration Court refused to the Moscow City Property Department to introduce a monitoring procedure against a Client of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure” and terminated the proceedings. The interests of the Client were represented by Roman Volkomorov, lawyer of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”.
