October 16 Main results of the day
A free seminar was held in Ulyanovsk on the topic “Mistakes of company leaders leading to responsibility before the state. The rescue plan: the experience of lawyers”. The seminar was jointly organized by Ekaterina Tolchina, the business ombudsman of the Ulyanovsk region, and MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”.
The seminar was attended by entrepreneurs, experts, representatives of public associations of entrepreneurs of the region.
Nikita Filippov, Head of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”, was the speaker at the seminar and spoke about the main trends in bringing heads of organizations to subsidiary responsibility. Also, reports were made by the head of the tax consulting department of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”, sworn auditor Yevgenia Melnik and senior partner of the law firm “Rykov Group” Pavel Penkin.
As a result of the event, in order to further long-term partnership, MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure” concluded an agreement with Ekaterina Tolchina, the ombudsman for the protection of the rights of entrepreneurs in the Ulyanovsk Region, on cooperation in providing legal support to business entities of the Ulyanovsk Region.
