June 24 Conference Pravo.ru “Bankruptcy 2021: All – in game”

Nikita Filippov, Head of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”, took part in the Pravo.ru conference “Bankruptcy 2021: “All – in game” and made a presentation on challenging bankruptcy transactions. Nikita Filippov shared cases from the Bureau’s practice and the strategies of defense and attack developed by the Bureau when the chain of transactions was declared null and void.
