The Principal applied to MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure” at the stage of cassation appeal. Within the framework of a bankruptcy dispute, the courts of the first and appellate instances recognized the transaction concluded between the Principal and the Debtor as invalid. According to the results of the adopted judicial acts, the Principal could lose property in the amount of over 400 million rubles. MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure” has prepared a legal position, which was fully supported by the Arbitration Court of the North-West District. As a result, the decisions of the lower courts were canceled in full, and the claim brought against the Principal of the Bureau was denied in full. The interests of the Principal were defended by Viktor Pokormyak, lawyer of the Bureau, head of the practice of challenging transactions.

As part of the bankruptcy case, the Moscow City Arbitration Court satisfied the claim of a Client of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure” and included in the register the Client’s claims for a total amount of over RUB 30 million. The Client was represented by Rashid Gitinov, senior lawyer of the Bureau.
