The Moscow Arbitration Court satisfied the claims of the Client of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure” and invalidated the decisions of the general meeting of members of the company, a member of which the Client was. The goal set by the Client was achieved in full. The interests of the Client were represented by Ekaterina Bulygina, senior lawyer of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”.
The Arbitration Court of the Moscow Region recognized the requirements of the Principal of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure” as justified, introduced a debt restructuring procedure against the Debtor – an individual and included in the register the Principal’s claims in the total amount of 400 million rubles. The interests of the Principal were represented by Taisiya Radchenko, senior lawyer of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”.
The Moscow Arbitration Court considered a collective claim filed against the Client of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure” for invalidating the order of delivery. Despite the overwhelming numerical superiority of the procedural opponents (13 versus 1) MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure” managed to prove the inconsistency of all the arguments stated by the Plaintiffs. As a result, the Moscow Arbitration Court refused to all 13 Plaintiffs to satisfy the claim in full. The interests of the Client were defended by Nikita Filippov, Head of the Bureau, and Yakov Bulut, lawyer of the Bureau.
Within the framework of the bankruptcy case, the Arbitration Court of the Yaroslavl Region considered a claim of a Client of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”, recognized it as justified, included in the register the Client’s claim for a total amount of more than 4.6 million rubles and introduced a monitoring procedure against the Client’s debtor. The interests of the Client were represented by Oleksandra Reznichenko, senior lawyer of the Bureau.
