Within the framework of a dispute with an unscrupulous buyer of an apartment, who did not pay part of the cost for the purchased apartment, which was confirmed only by a receipt, MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure” managed not only to win the Principal’s case in all three courts, but also within the framework of the compulsory execution of the court decision for a month and a half to achieve a debt write-off in the amount of 1.5 million rubles from the account of the respondent in favor of the Principal. The interests of the Principal were represented by Yakov Bulut, lawyer of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”.
