The Fifteenth Arbitration Court of Appeal left unchanged the earlier decision of the Arbitration Court of the Rostov Region, which refused to satisfy the claim for recognition of ownership of a share in an unfinished construction property filed against the Developer. The interests of the Developer were defended by Ilsur Zakirov, senior lawyer of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”.

The Moscow City Court refused the procedural opponents of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure” and left unchanged the decision previously adopted by the Babushkinsky District Court of Moscow to refuse to recover from the Principal of the Bureau of unjustified enrichment in the amount of 2.5 million rubles. The interests of the Principal were represented by Konstantin Tkachenko, senior lawyer of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”.
