The Arbitration Court of the Moscow District upheld the complaint of the lawyer of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure” and amended the earlier decision of the court of the first instance. Within the framework of this case, the Moscow Arbitration Court satisfied the Principal’s claim in part and recovered from the Defendant the debt in the amount of more than 10 million rubles, but as regards the collection of interest on a commercial loan, it satisfied the claims only on the sum in the amount of 6 million rubles from the declared 19 million rubles. The Arbitration Court of the Moscow District restored justice and fully satisfied the Principal’s claims. Thus, 30 million rubles were collected in favor of the Principal, including court costs, as well as interest at the rate of 0.3% per day until the date of actual performance of the obligation. The interests of the Principal were represented by Yulia Martynenko, lawyer of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”.
The Arbitration Court of Moscow fully satisfied the application of the Client of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure” for the recovery of court costs. Thus, 165 thousand rubles were collected from the Plaintiff who unreasonably filed a claim against the Client of the Bureau. The Client’s interests were represented by Ramzan Mezhidov, senior lawyer of the Bureau.
The Arbitration Court of the Moscow Region satisfied the Bank’s claims and included its claims in the amount of 122 million rubles to the register of claims of the debtor’s creditors. The Bank’s interests were represented by Ekaterina Bulygina, Senior Lawyer of MCBA “Bureau of Lawyers “De jure”.
